The Brief

What A’YUCO Needed

Matcha is still new to many Indian buyers, so A’YUCO needed a store that teaches as well as sells: why matcha, how to prepare it, and which kit to start with.

Objectives

  • Sell the ritual. Present matcha as a daily wellness ritual, not just a product.
  • Educate new buyers. Explain the benefits and the traditional way to prepare it.
  • Grow beyond the shop. Make room for workshops, events and B2B orders.

The Challenge

What We Had to Solve

An unfamiliar product

Many visitors have never prepared matcha at home.

Premium pricing

Ceremonial-grade matcha costs more than everyday tea, so quality had to be clear.

More than one audience

Home buyers, workshop guests and businesses all needed their own path.

Our Solution

What We Built

A calm, green design

Matcha greens, large imagery and short benefit cards that explain energy, focus and antioxidants.

A WooCommerce store

Matcha, kits, whisks and chashaku sets with ratings, cart and offers such as a complimentary chashaku set.

Learning and community

A blog, workshops and events pages, and a B2B page for cafés and businesses.

The Outcome

Results

A’YUCO now has a store that introduces matcha properly and makes it easy to start.

  • Clear starting points. Shoppers can begin with the matcha, a full ceremony kit or the tools alone.
  • Trust through education. Benefits, preparation and articles answer questions before they are asked.
  • Room to grow. Workshops, events and B2B sales sit alongside the shop.
