In short

Liftup Technologies provides SaaS SEO for software companies in the Netherlands, working remotely from India. We map the buyer's search journey, fix the technical base, build use-case, comparison and integration pages, and publish the security and AVG information procurement teams look for. Results are reported from your Search Console, and a fixed quote follows a short call.

The Dutch SaaS situation: English-first, Dutch-sold

Dutch software companies often build in English from day one because the product is meant for Europe or the world. Yet a Dutch buyer in a mid-sized firm may still search in Dutch for the problem, such as software voor planning or urenregistratie, and compare English-named vendors afterwards. A SaaS site that is only in English misses the first search, and one that is only in Dutch misses everything outside the country.

The fix is a plan, not a translation of the full site. We choose the pages where Dutch matters, usually those that match local problems, local rules and local integrations, and keep the rest in English.

Buyers also use short, specific searches that name a tool and a task, such as how to connect a product to a Dutch bank feed or how to export invoices with btw. These long phrases have low volume but high intent, and they are often unanswered by the big vendors. We list them from support tickets, sales calls and Search Console queries before looking at any paid keyword tool.

Which pages earn pipeline

Page typeBuyer questionDutch angle
Use caseCan this solve my specific job?Dutch-language versions for local workflows and rules
IntegrationDoes it connect to my tools?Dutch accounting, payment and logistics tools your users already run
ComparisonHow does it differ from the incumbent?Honest tables, no invented ratings
PricingWhat will I pay, in euros, with btw?State whether prices are ex-btw and billed monthly or yearly
Security and privacyIs my data safe and where does it live?AVG statement, data location, subprocessors, processing agreement
Docs and helpHow do I do X?Indexable help pages in the languages of your users

Procurement teams in larger Dutch firms ask for the processing agreement and a list of subprocessors early. Having these on public pages shortens sales cycles and also earns search traffic.

A comparison page is only useful if it is fair. We include where a rival is stronger, state the date of the information, and link to the vendor's own pricing page when possible. Buyers notice one-sided tables, and so do AI answer engines that cross-check claims.

Technical needs of a SaaS site

Many SaaS sites run on JavaScript frameworks. We check that marketing pages render for Google without a login, that app and marketing sections are separated by subdomain or path, and that hreflang is correct between the English and Dutch versions. Programmatic pages, such as integrations, need unique content and clean internal links, or they become thin duplicates.

Consent also changes your data. Marketing tags that wait for a yes reduce tracked traffic, so Search Console and product sign-up data are better guides than page-view counts. The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens enforces the AVG, and cookie rules sit in the Telecommunicatiewet. Our SaaS SEO checklist lists the technical items.

AI answers and SaaS discovery

Software buyers now ask ChatGPT and other assistants for shortlists. They pull from pages that state clearly what the product does, who it is for, what it costs and how it differs. We write those passages plainly and add structured data. See AI search optimization in the Netherlands for the method.

How we work with your team

We usually work with a head of marketing or a founder, plus a developer for technical changes. The Netherlands is 3.5 hours behind India in summer and 4.5 in winter, so a weekly call fits late morning for you. Work runs in phases: technical fixes, page map, content in batches, then links. Each phase ends with a written summary and Search Console numbers. Your team keeps all accounts. For the wider picture, see the Netherlands SEO overview.

We track a small set of numbers: demo requests and trial sign-ups from organic search, visibility for twenty to thirty money terms, and the pages that bring in the first visit before a sign-up. These are easier to act on than total traffic, and they let your sales team see which pages deserve more work.

Pricing

Projects start at $1,500, and our rate is $30 an hour. The scope depends on the number of pages, languages, and whether we write content or edit yours. See the SaaS SEO service and our SEO cost guide. We do not promise rankings or pipeline numbers.

Questions, answered

Should our SaaS site have Dutch pages?
For pages that match Dutch-language searches, local rules or local tools, yes. For product pages aimed at an international audience, English alone can be enough. We decide from search data.
Do you write the content?
We can write drafts with your product team's input, or edit what you produce. Product accuracy always needs a review by someone who knows the software.
How do you handle programmatic pages?
We build templates with unique data per page, and add a quality check before they are indexable. Thin pages are left out of the index.
What do you report?
Impressions, clicks, rankings for target terms and sign-ups from organic, drawn from Search Console and your analytics, with notes on what changed.
Can you help with the security and privacy pages?
We can structure and publish them. The legal statements themselves should come from your lawyer or security lead.
