In short

Liftup Technologies provides SaaS SEO for UK software companies, working remotely from India with an office in Coventry. The work covers keyword and intent research, use-case and integration pages, comparison pages, pricing page clarity, technical fixes and link building. Results are reported from your own Search Console and product analytics. You get a fixed quote within one working day of a short call.

How UK software buyers search

UK software buyers start with a problem, then move to categories, then to names. A finance manager searches for how to automate supplier invoice matching, then for accounts payable software, then for two or three brands plus the word alternative. Each stage needs a different page, and most SaaS sites only have the last one.

We map your product to this path. Problem guides pull in early readers, category and use-case pages meet buyers who are comparing, and comparison and integration pages catch those close to a decision. Every page ends with one clear next step: a trial, a demo or a pricing page.

UK buyers also look for proof that a product works for firms like theirs. Short customer stories help, but only real ones with permission. We never invent clients or numbers, and we ask you for facts we can verify before they go on a page. Without proof, a page with strong keywords still fails to convert.

Pricing pages, VAT and trust pages

UK business buyers expect software prices ex VAT, and consumers expect VAT included. If your product serves both, state clearly which you show. A pricing page that says per user per month, billed in pounds, excluding VAT removes a common source of back-and-forth. Your accountant confirms how VAT applies to your sales.

Procurement staff in larger UK firms and public bodies send security questionnaires. Pages that answer those questions in public help sales and also give search engines more to index:

  • Where customer data is stored, and whether a UK or European region is available.
  • Your UK GDPR role as processor, the data processing agreement and a list of sub-processors.
  • Security certifications you actually hold. Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed scheme that some buyers ask for. Only claim what you hold.
  • Uptime status page and incident process.
  • Company details: registered name, number and office.

If you sell to both UK consumers and UK businesses, split the pricing pages. Consumer pages show VAT-inclusive prices, business pages show ex-VAT prices, and the structured data on each should match what the visitor sees.

Comparison pages without legal trouble

Comparison pages bring high-intent traffic, and they carry risk. UK advertising rules, enforced by the ASA for marketing and the CMA for consumer law, expect comparisons to be accurate, verifiable and fair. Use public facts, date your comparison, link to the rival's pricing page and avoid hostile wording. We write the first draft, and your legal adviser reviews anything about named competitors.

Our Ahrefs vs Semrush comparison shows the style we use: plain table, honest trade-offs, no claims we cannot back up.

Working across UK and India time

Your product team probably works 09:00 to 17:30 UK time. Our overlap is the UK morning, which is early afternoon in India: 10:00 in London is 15:30 in Pune in winter, 14:30 in summer. We hold a monthly strategy call, a short weekly written update and ad hoc chats when your product team ships something that needs a new page. We ask for read access to Search Console, analytics and your CMS.

Pricing

Projects start at $1,500, with extra work at $30 an hour. The number of pages, how much product knowledge we must absorb, whether we write or edit your drafts, and how much link work is needed move the price. SaaS sites with an app subdomain, docs site and blog need more technical care. For links, read about link building and for fundamentals the UK SEO page.

We also look at the free plan or trial flow, because organic visitors often convert through it. A signup form that asks for too much, or a verification email that lands in spam, wastes the traffic you earned.

Questions, answered

How long until SaaS SEO produces trials or demos?
Bottom-of-funnel pages can start to appear within a few months. Competitive category terms take longer. We report progress monthly and do not promise dates.
Do you write the content?
Yes. We write in UK English, and your product team reviews for accuracy before publishing.
Can you work with our developers on technical changes?
Yes. We provide tickets with clear acceptance checks, and we can make changes ourselves if you give us repository access.
Should the blog and docs sit on the main domain?
Usually yes, in subfolders, so they share authority with the marketing site. We review your setup before recommending a change.
Do you track signups, not just traffic?
Yes, through your analytics events and CRM, with consent handled correctly under PECR.
Who owns the content?
You do, including drafts, briefs and reports.
