Most UK teams have already tried a chat assistant. The step that follows is putting the model inside the tools where work happens: replying from the shared inbox, coding a bill in Xero, summarizing a call in the CRM, tagging a ticket in Zendesk.

Integration means a trigger, a data fetch, a model call, a result and a human check, all running without anyone copying and pasting. We design each as a small, observable flow, so you can see what ran, what it cost and what it produced.

What we connect

HMRC's Making Tax Digital rules shape accounting flows. We do not file anything. We prepare data in your accounting package, which remains the system of record.

Many UK firms run a mix of Microsoft 365, a cloud accounting package and a sector tool such as a case management or property system. Where the sector tool has no public API, we look at export files, email parsing or the vendor's integration programme.

UK GDPR and transfers

• Lawful basis and transparency. If an integration processes personal data, your privacy notice should describe it. The ICO's AI guidance covers fairness, accuracy and risk assessments.
• Automated decisions. Rules on solely automated decisions with significant effects were revised by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. We design integrations so that a person is involved in such decisions, and check the current provisions with you.
• International transfers. The UK has no adequacy decision for India, so any access by our team to personal data needs a transfer tool such as the ICO's IDTA or addendum. We use test data and sandboxes wherever we can.
• Processor terms. We review the data processing terms of the AI provider and any platform, such as n8n or Make, that carries the data.

London is 4.5 to 5.5 hours behind India, so a 14:00 call is 18:30 or 19:30 in Pune. We build overnight and demo in your afternoon. Our Coventry office is available for meetings by arrangement, though delivery is by our team in Pune.

Examples that fit UK firms

• A letting agent receives maintenance requests by email and WhatsApp. The flow classifies urgency, drafts a contractor request and logs the case. A coordinator approves.
• A recruitment business parses incoming CVs into the CRM and drafts a candidate summary. The recruiter decides who to contact. There is no automated rejection.
• A UK online retailer drafts replies to returns and delivery queries, referencing the consumer rights information in its policy. An agent reviews edge cases.

Each example keeps a person in the decision. The Equality Act 2010 and the ICO's fairness expectations are among the reasons we avoid automated decisions about people.

Price

Running costs such as model usage and platform fees are separate and estimated up front. VAT treatment of services from abroad depends on your status, so ask your accountant.
