In short

Liftup Technologies builds AI automation for US businesses, working remotely from India with an office in New York. We map a repetitive process, build it in n8n, Make or Zapier with OpenAI or Claude where language is involved, and add logging, error alerts and approval steps. Each workflow is scoped and quoted as a fixed price after a short call.

Which US workflows to automate first

The best first project is boring, frequent and well understood by the person doing it today. We usually start from a two-week log of what your team actually repeats, not from a list of AI ideas.

The AI automation service page describes the scope, and our ROI calculator helps you test whether a candidate workflow is worth building.

Choosing between n8n, Make and Zapier

All three connect US business apps well. Zapier is quick for simple chains and has the largest app catalog. Make handles branching and data shaping more visibly. n8n can be self-hosted, which helps when records should stay on infrastructure you control. We pick the tool that fits your volume and your team, then document it so someone else can maintain it. Detailed comparisons: n8n vs Zapier and n8n vs Make.

Rules that live inside an automation

Automation makes it easy to do something wrong quickly. We build these US rules into the flow itself.

  • Email. CAN-SPAM requires accurate sender information, a physical address and a working unsubscribe in commercial messages. Automations that send cold or follow-up email must honor opt-outs across every tool.
  • Text messages. The TCPA and carrier rules require consent for marketing texts. A flow should record when and how consent was given and stop on a STOP reply.
  • Privacy requests. Residents of states with privacy laws, including California, can ask to see or delete their data. A flow that copies customer data into five tools makes that harder, so we keep a map of where data goes.
  • Claims. If AI writes marketing text, a person approves it. FTC rules on deceptive claims and fake reviews apply to machine-written content as much as to human-written content.

None of this replaces advice from your lawyer. We write it into the workflow documentation so that it is clear what was built and why.

Making it reliable after launch

A workflow that works in a demo can fail quietly in production, for example when an API changes or a PDF arrives in a new layout. Every build gets error alerts to a Slack channel or email address you choose, a run log, retries for temporary failures and a fallback that puts the item in a manual queue. The AI vendor evaluation checklist lists questions to ask anyone building automation for you, including us.

Because US business hours fall in our evening and night, jobs scheduled for your morning usually run overnight, and failures found in our morning are fixed before your day starts. For anything urgent we agree on an escalation contact and a named person to call in your hours.

Price and next step

Projects start at $1,500, and our rate is $30 an hour. A single workflow with two or three apps sits at the lower end. Price rises with the number of systems, the quality of the data going in, the amount of testing for edge cases and whether an approval interface is needed. Model usage and automation platform subscriptions are billed by the providers to your account. Questions, answered

Can you connect QuickBooks, HubSpot or Salesforce?
Yes, through their official connectors or APIs in n8n, Make or Zapier. We check which plan level you need for API access, since that can affect cost.
Where does our data go when AI reads it?
To the OpenAI or Anthropic API, unless you choose a different arrangement. We read the current data-handling terms, send only the fields a step needs, and avoid sending sensitive identifiers when a masked value will do.
Will automation remove jobs on our team?
We design for removing repeat tasks, not people. Decisions about staffing are yours, and we do not claim savings figures in advance.
What if the workflow breaks?
Alerts tell us and you, the failed item goes to a manual queue, and we fix the cause. A short support period after launch is part of the quote, and ongoing support can be added.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. Accounts for n8n, Make, Zapier and the AI providers are opened in your name, and we receive collaborator access. Documentation and exported workflows are handed over.
How long does a first workflow take to build?
A single workflow with two or three apps and a clear process is often ready for testing within a couple of weeks. Messy source data, many exceptions or approval screens add time, and we list those risks in the quote before work starts.
