In short

Liftup Technologies provides AI search optimization for Australian businesses, working remotely from India. The work covers crawler access, clear business and entity information, answer-ready page structure, schema, and the mentions on other sites that AI tools draw on. Progress is checked with repeated prompts and Search Console, and a fixed quote follows a short call within one working day.

What changes when people ask AI instead of searching

Australians now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and Copilot for recommendations, such as the best accountant for a startup in Brisbane or a supplier of commercial kitchen equipment. These tools write an answer from pages they can read, and they favor sources that state facts plainly. If your site hides the basics in images, PDFs or scripts, the tool may skip you.

No one controls what an AI tool says, and we do not promise placements. We can remove obstacles and give your business a good chance of being understood correctly. Our AI search optimization service page describes the method.

What we check and change

AreaWhat we look forTypical change
Crawler accessrobots.txt, firewalls and bot rules blocking search or AI crawlersAllow the crawlers you choose; document the decision
Entity factsName, ABN, address, service areas, phone, founders and services stated in textOne clear About and Contact page, matched in Business Profile and directories
Answer passagesPages that open with a direct answer under each questionShort, self-contained answer blocks, then detail
SchemaOrganization, LocalBusiness, Product, FAQ where they match the pageValid markup consistent with visible content
Third-party mentionsDirectories, associations, news and review sites that mention youFix inconsistencies; earn mentions through genuine work
MeasurementWhether the brand appears for a fixed set of promptsMonthly prompt log and referral traffic review

The AI visibility checker is a free place to start, and our AEO checklist lists the page-level items.

Local signals for Australian answers

For local intent, AI tools lean on data they can verify. We make sure your business name, ABN, address, opening hours and service areas match across your site, your Google Business Profile and the main Australian directories. State and suburb names should appear in readable text, for example "serving Parramatta and western Sydney" rather than only in a map. If you work in regulated fields such as health, legal or financial advice, authorship and credentials on content matter even more, and we show them.

Use Australian spelling and terms, since answers often mirror the words in the question. A page about a "ute accessories" range will be matched more easily than one about "pickup truck add-ons".

Claims, privacy and accuracy

AI tools may quote what you write, so write only what you can support. Under the Australian Consumer Law, a misleading claim is a problem wherever it appears, and a quoted snippet is no exception. Do not publish invented figures, awards or ratings. If you add FAQ content, keep prices and policies current, because an outdated answer can be repeated long after you change it.

We also review what personal information appears on staff and team pages. The Privacy Act 1988 expects you to handle personal details with care, so only publish names, photos and contacts that the person has agreed to share.

How the work runs

We begin with a baseline: a fixed list of prompts a customer might ask, tested on several tools, plus a technical review of crawl access. Next come fixes to the site, then content improvements for your top services, then outreach for mentions on credible third-party sites. Spam Act 2003 rules apply to outreach emails, so messages are targeted, honest and include an opt-out. Reports go out monthly, with the prompt log, referral traffic and Search Console data. Calls fit your day, using the same overlap hours we use for every Australian client.

What to expect in the first 90 days

In the first month we run the baseline and fix the technical blockers. Most Australian sites we look at have a handful of simple problems: a bot rule that blocks crawlers, an About page with no legal name or ABN, services described only in images, or old business details in directories. These are quick to correct and they matter more than clever tricks.

In months two and three we rewrite the top service and location pages so each opens with a direct answer, then add supporting detail, pricing ranges where you can state them, and clear contact paths. We also check how your brand is described on third-party sites such as industry bodies, supplier pages and local chambers of commerce, because AI tools often cross-check these.

We report on three things: prompt results for your chosen question set, referral visits from AI tools where analytics can see them, and normal Search Console clicks. AI referral data is incomplete, since many answers produce no click, so we treat it as a signal and not a precise count. Results vary by industry and competition, and we will tell you plainly if a market is crowded.

Pricing

Projects start at $1,500 and our rate is $30 an hour. Site size, the number of services to rewrite and the amount of outreach move the quote. A fixed quote follows a short call. If you are unsure whether to start with classic SEO or AI visibility, our SEO vs GEO comparison explains the overlap.

Questions, answered

Can you promise we will appear in ChatGPT answers?
No one can. We improve the conditions that make citation more likely and measure with a repeated prompt set, reporting honestly what changes.
Should we block AI crawlers?
It is a business decision. Blocking them removes you from answers on those tools, while allowing them exposes content to reuse. We explain the options and implement your choice.
Is llms.txt needed?
It is optional, and not a ranking factor on Google. We may add one as a low-cost aid. See our llms.txt generator.
Does this replace SEO?
No. AI tools draw on the same web, and Bing and Google indexes feed many answers. Good SEO remains the base.
