Japanese-language quality is a test, not an assumption

Modern language models handle Japanese well, but tone matters. A reply to a customer needs the right level of politeness (keigo), correct honorifics and the same wording as your brand. We write the system prompt in Japanese, collect real questions and run a test set before launch. A native Japanese reviewer on your side signs off on the tone.

LINE and the tools Japanese companies already use

LINE is the main messaging app in Japan, and a LINE Official Account is a natural place for a bot. We connect bots through the LINE Messaging API. Behind the scenes we can reach tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Chatwork, kintone, freee or Money Forward through their APIs, where the plan you have allows it.

APPI and where your data goes

The Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) is overseen by the Personal Information Protection Commission. AI projects touch it in three places: what customer data is sent to a model provider, whether that provider is outside Japan, and what you tell customers. Rules on providing data to third parties abroad are specific, so we list every data flow in a short diagram before building and ask your lawyer to confirm the legal basis.

Working with a Japanese team from India

Japan is 3.5 hours ahead of India, so 11:00 in Pune is 14:30 in Tokyo. Calls happen in your afternoon. We send a written update each week, show a working demo early and keep one lead on the project. We do not claim a team or office in Japan.

A first project in four phases

We prefer a small first release that staff trust over a wide one they avoid. After launch we review logs with you, tighten the prompts and decide what to add next. Costs for model usage are paid to the provider and stay visible in your own account.

Pricing
