Polish language is a test, not a feature

Modern models write good Polish, but not equally well on every task. Word endings, formal address with Pan and Pani, product names with diacritics and industry terms can all go wrong in small ways that customers notice. So we do not assume quality. We build a test set of real Polish questions from your inbox or chat history and score answers before launch.

Choosing the first project

Pick the task with the clearest right answer and the highest volume. Customer questions about delivery, returns and opening hours fit that description. So do sorting inbound enquiries, drafting replies for a person to approve, and turning a spreadsheet routine into a scheduled flow. Tasks with legal weight, such as credit or hiring decisions, need much more care, and RODO limits purely automated decisions about people.

RODO, the AI Act and your data

RODO is the Polish name for GDPR, and UODO is the regulator. If an assistant handles personal data, you need a lawful basis, a clear privacy notice and a plan for data deletion. The EU AI Act also expects people to be told when they are talking to an AI system. Phase-in dates are staged, so confirm the current ones with your lawyer.

Price
