In short

Liftup Technologies designs and builds websites, online stores, web apps and mobile apps for businesses in Poland, working remotely from India with calls booked in Warsaw working hours. We use Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce, Webflow, Next.js and React Native or Flutter. A short call leads to a fixed quote within one working day.

What a Polish website has to get right

A site for Poland is judged on small details that foreign templates miss. Fonts must carry every Polish letter. Prices must show in złoty with VAT included. Checkout must offer the payment methods people already use. Legal pages must exist in Polish. None of this is hard, but it is easy to forget when a site is built from an English template.

RequirementWhat Polish buyers expectHow we handle it
LanguageFull Polish interface, correct diacritics, natural wordingPolish-capable fonts, layouts tested with long Polish words, copy approved by your native reader
PricesZłoty, 23% VAT included for consumers where the standard rate appliesGross prices in templates, structured data and feeds
PaymentsBLIK, Przelewy24, cards, Apple Pay and Google PayGateway chosen with you, then tested end to end
DeliveryParcel lockers and couriers are commonDelivery options and tracking links planned in checkout
Legal pagesTerms, privacy policy, cookie policy, returns informationPlaceholders built into the layout, text from your lawyer

Tax rates and legal wording change, so treat the table as a checklist for your own advisers.

Polish software houses and studios are strong local options, with in-person meetings and local legal familiarity. We offer remote delivery, a published starting price and a fixed quote. Ask for the same scope from each team and compare line by line.

Which platform for which job

Platform choice depends on the catalog, the team that will edit it and the integrations needed. A short guide:

Speed on Polish mobile networks

Many visitors arrive on phones, often on mobile data. A site that loads slowly loses them before the first click, and Google measures this through Core Web Vitals. We keep images compressed and sized, limit third-party scripts, and load fonts carefully. Polish fonts with full Latin Extended coverage are heavier than basic ones, so we subset them to what the site uses.

Our Core Web Vitals checklist lists the checks, and the free Core Web Vitals tool gives a quick read on any page.

New site or redesign

If you already have a site that ranks, a redesign can cost you traffic when URLs, titles and content change carelessly. We plan redirects and keep what works. If the site is new, design starts from your offer and the Polish competitors your customers compare you with. Our pages on website design for Poland and website redesign for Poland cover both routes.

We also include a short accessibility statement page when the site falls in scope, and we show you how to keep it current as content changes.

Accessibility and consent

The European Accessibility Act applies from 28 June 2025 to many ecommerce and consumer service sites in the EU, including Poland. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA, which is the usual technical target, and test keyboard use, contrast, form labels and focus order. Micro-enterprises may be exempt for services, so ask your adviser whether the rules apply to you.

RODO, the Polish name for GDPR, is enforced by UODO. Cookie banners, analytics and forms need to follow it. Our WCAG 2.2 checklist and GDPR website checklist show what we verify before launch.

Working across the time gap

Warsaw is 4.5 hours behind Pune in winter and 3.5 hours behind in summer, because Poland changes its clocks and India does not. Morning in Poland is mid-afternoon in India, so every project has one lead you can reach, a weekly demo and a shared board. Builds happen overnight for you, and you review them when your day begins.

Price

Projects start at $1,500, and the hourly rate is $30. After a short call you get a fixed quote within one working day. Number of templates, languages, integrations and custom features move the price. Our website cost guide and website cost calculator give a first estimate. You pay in US dollars, so check exchange rates against złoty when you budget.

Questions, answered

Do I need a Polish company to hire you?
No. We work remotely from India with clients in many countries. Contracts, invoices and data processing terms are agreed before work starts.
Will the site be in Polish?
Yes, if you want it. We build the structure and Polish-ready layouts. A native reader on your side approves the final text, since tone and word forms need a human check.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do. Domains, hosting, store accounts and repositories are set up in your name.
How long does a project take?
A small brochure site can take a few weeks. Stores and apps take longer. The quote names the phases and dates.
Can you connect Polish services?
Yes, where the provider offers a public integration: payment gateways, courier services, invoicing tools and marketplaces. We confirm availability before quoting.
