AI automation for agencies
AI automation for marketing and creative agencies
Agency margins disappear in reporting, approvals and status meetings. We automate the work around the work, so account managers spend their time on clients instead of spreadsheets, and we can build it under your brand.

In short
Liftup Technologies builds AI automation for marketing agencies: monthly client report assembly from ad and analytics platforms, brief intake and clarification, content quality checks against a style guide, approval chasing, timesheet drafts and internal status digests. We can build as a white-label partner under your name. Account managers approve everything clients see. We work remotely from Pune and quote a fixed price after a short call.
Where agency hours leak
An agency sells time, then spends a lot of it on tasks nobody sells: building the monthly report, chasing a client for approval, writing the same status email to six accounts, filling a timesheet from memory on Friday evening. Utilisation drops, and the founders wonder why a full roster does not produce profit.
We look at this as an operations problem. Counting the hours is the first job, because it shows which of these is worth fixing.
Agency workflows and what they save
| Workflow | Manual routine | Automated version | Human gate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly client report | Export from Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console; paste into slides; write commentary | Pull the data on a schedule, build the tables and charts, draft commentary from the numbers | Account manager edits the story |
| Brief intake | Client sends a vague email | Turn it into a structured brief with open questions, send the questions back | Strategist approves the brief |
| Content QA | Editor reads every draft for style and claims | Check drafts against the style guide, banned claims list and link rules before human edit | Editor |
| Approvals | Chasing by email | Reminder sequence with a one-click approve link, escalate to the client's boss after set days | Account manager |
| Timesheets | Filled in on Friday | Suggest entries from calendar, task tool and email subject lines | Each person confirms |
| Internal status | Weekly meeting to read out progress | Digest from the task tool listing blocked work and late items | Head of delivery |
Reporting usually wins on size of prize. The Google and Meta APIs make the data easy to pull, and the layout rarely changes month to month.
What we build
- A reporting pipeline that pulls from the platforms you run and produces your branded report as slides or a web page, with a commentary draft.
- A brief and ticket assistant inside your task tool, whether that is Asana, ClickUp, Monday or Notion.
- A QA checker for drafts that applies your own rules, such as claims that need a source or words you never use.
- An approvals tracker with client-facing reminders under your agency's name.
- Dashboards for utilisation and overdue work that the owner can read in a minute.
If you want delivery capacity as well as tooling, our white-label web development and white-label SEO pages describe the options and trade-offs honestly.

Clients give agencies access to ad accounts, analytics and customer lists. Every automation should use named, revocable access with the least permission it needs, and client data should never be mixed between accounts. We build per-client credentials and separate stores.
Reports and content that you produce for clients still have to follow advertising rules. In the US the FTC Endorsement Guides apply to influencer and review content, and the ASA applies to UK advertising. Automated drafts must not invent testimonials or statistics. Many clients now ask in contracts how AI is used, so we help you write a one-page disclosure.
How a project runs
- Time auditTwo weeks of rough time data or a task export show where hours go.
- Pick one workflowNormally reporting for the five most time-consuming clients.
- Build and compareWe run the pipeline next to your manual report for one cycle and compare.
- Roll out to every accountTemplate changes are made once and apply to all clients.
Our team is in Pune. If you resell our work, we sign an NDA, stay out of sight of your clients and use your branding, and calls fit your agency's hours.
Price and what changes it
Projects start at $1,500 and our rate is $30 an hour, with a fixed quote within one working day of a short call. A reporting template for one platform set is near the minimum. More platforms, custom charts, client-specific branding, a task tool integration and white-label support raise the price.
API and model usage are monthly costs we list separately. Read the AI automation cost guide for the drivers and compare builders in n8n vs Make. The base offer is on the AI automation page.

Pricing guideHow much does AI automation cost in 2026?
